Dancing Shoes is an inspiring new collaborative project between Creative Lives and Creative Edenderry.
The aim of this project is to reconnect people of all ages and backgrounds in the town of Edenderry in County Offaly through different forms of dance.
The project has been funded through the St. Patrick’s Festival x TikTok Creative Fund, which has awarded ten community-led projects across Ireland grants of €10,000.
Irish dancing workshops are scheduled to take place in the hall at St Mary’s Primary School on:
- Thursday 17 February 2022, 7pm – 8pm
- Thursday 24 February 2022, 7pm – 8pm
- Thursday 3 March 2022, 7pm – 8pm
- Thursday 10 March 2022, 7pm – 8pm
Registration is for the full series of workshops.
All workshops as part of Dancing Shoes welcome people of all ages, all backgrounds and all abilities. It’s all about having fun!
Note: As part of the project, filming will take place at some workshops so all participants will be asked to give permission to be included.
