In 2024, experienced Music, Vocal and Theatre Practitioners, Sara Walmsley and Elizabeth Drwal were awarded an Artist Commission from Creative Places, Edenderry. The project included a range of music, movement and story telling workshops which culminated in a showcase event at St. Mary’s Primary School on the 5th of December 2024. Sara and Elizabeth also gathered a series of field recordings including interviews with local people and guided walks along the Grand Canal and surrounding bogland.
