Deadline: Monday 5 January 2026, 5pm
Are you based in Edenderry or the surrounding area? Do you have a creative or artistic cultural project you’d like to explore, and that would benefit the Edenderry community?
We are delighted to be able to offer six Seed Funding Grants of up to €1,000 each, and look forward to working in collaboration with the successful applicants.
These grants are open to anyone in the Edenderry Community and the surrounding area, who has an idea for a creative or cultural project they would like to explore and develop and that will benefit the Edenderry community. Priority will be given to first time applicants and projects which use creative cultural activity to reduce loneliness and disconnection.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate that their creative or cultural project will have an element of collaboration included in their idea. For example, someone you are partnering with on the project, either an individual or a community group etc. You must also have Public Liability Insurance or be able to secure it if your application is successful.
Applications are open from 1 November 2025 – 5 January 2026 and your project/idea must be completed by June 2026.
Please send us a covering letter and the following:
- How does your project/idea fit the brief?
- How does your project engage with the local community in Edenderry?
- What is your connection to and/or interest in Edenderry and the surrounding area?
- How is your project/idea collaborative? Who or what group will you collaborate with on the project/idea and why?
- Please include a simple budget breakdown showing how you plan to use the grant. This does not need to be detailed, just a clear outline of how you would spend up to €1,000 to make your project happen, a few clear headings and/or estimated costs.
- Do you have Public Liability Insurance or will you be able to secure it if successful?
- Anything else you would like to add to your application, such as photographs, audio or video are also welcome.
