Join us on the 10th and 17th of October for a special series of poetry workshops with Geraldine O’Neill as part of our European presidency project An Drochaid – Bridging Words.
An Drochaid, meaning “The Bridge”, serves as both a literal and metaphorical bridge, connecting the Midlands of Ireland with continental Europe through creativity, conversation and shared experiences.
These friendly, creative workshops are a chance to explore poetry, place, connection and what it means to build bridges between communities and cultures.
-No previous experience of poetry or writing is needed.
-Everyone is welcome.
-Come along, have a go, and share your ideas.
Whether you already love writing or have never written a poem before, we’d love to have you there!
